Once admitted into our platform, you can send a request to your physician to order the Lifetime Genomic Risk Assessment via our easy-to-navigate patient portal. You will not be billed until your physician orders the test. Once your physician orders, you will be be sent a link via email to provide both your shipping and payment information. Once we receive payment we will ship a convenient, at-home saliva collection kit to the address you've provided. Follow the included instructions to provide your sample and ship it back to our lab (at no additional cost to you!) so we can then analyze millions of genomic variants that are correlated to common diseases.
